Can you believe that Paxo was invented in 1901? The idea came from a butcher in a village near Manchester, but it has been produced since 1950. It is a mixture of dry breadcrumbs, herbs and seasonings, with the addition of sage and onion. Perfect for stuffing poultry, but also peppers or mushrooms! Easy to use and great for adding flavour to your meals, Paxo has been in the British home for over a century!
